I have to read one out of three books. My choices are

Black Boy by Richard Wright

Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe

Woman Warrior by Maxine Hong Kingston



Can you help me find which book would be most interesting.

I've only read Things Fall Apart, and it was pretty interesting, fairly good as far as assigned books go, but the mentioning of yams gets kind of weird.

Offers comic relief though.

Black Boy was awesome; it's from the author of Native Son and deals more with similar themes of oppression within the nation.

Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe for its universal appeal.
And it's quite interesting and well-written.
