Will there ever be a time when poverty, hunger, and disease are 100% stamped out?

No, that is very unlikely. However, the number of people suffering can vary a lot. Experts estimate that at the turn of the century 1/2 of Americans lived in poverty, in the 1930's is was 1/3 by the 1960's it was a 1/4 and now it is about 1/5. Millions of people have better lives because of these changes. The same can happen on a smaller scale with a food pantry or immunization clinic making a big impact on a community.
