L-glucose is an accepted name for this isomer.
The IUPAC systematic name for L-glucose is:
(2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)-6 -(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydro -2H-pyran-2,3,4,5-tetraol

6-(hydroxymethyl)oxane-2,3,4,5-tetrol
is another IUPAC name for glucose but it does not give the stereochemistry of L-glucose that you specifically asked for.
