How do you make world of warcraft stop disconnecting from server?

i am in bloodmyst and every so often it says diconnected from server and then when i try to log back in it doesnt let me and then i have to close the whole thing completly

My computer did that for a while and I had to turn off my virus scanner and shut down some of the programs that were running in the background. You can also get kicked if the server has trouble which is why I stopped playing for a while....too much money per month to not play whenever I want to.
