Why do actors and actresses in Hollywood name their kids such weird names?

Apple, Sailor, Maddox, Yohan, Kal-el, Inspektor, Moon Unit??!!

Are their parents crazy, or high? What gives?

because they want as much publicity as possible and naming their child a weird name will attract attention and more people will be talking about them, just like we are now. :) makes them more famous.

Because they think they are different from 'ordinary' people ... they claim they want their kids to grow up and have a normal kiddie life and then they name them names that that are going to isolate them from the rest of the kids. Its so stupid and attention seeking and clearly shows that they put themselves on a different level from the rest of us. Mingers.
