I am not sure what parts go bad with E85 but I do want you to understand your fuel mileage completely overtakes the price at the pump our flex-fuel ford explorer went from 20 mpg to 13 mpg on the highway so we lost 7 mpg so you see in a 20 gallon tank we lost 140 miles worth of gas. Sorry my brain went blank and I can't figure out how much we save using regular gas also E85 does not perform as well as regular gas meaning you will have to accelerate more to get going and keep going

most offen it eats the rubber seals in the fuel system.... and it breaks up build up inside the system which causes the fuel filter to stop up a few times til its clean out and really you dont want to use it because you will get less mileage out of it.... even the cars the say they run on it dont get that good of mileage on it.... you really want to save money tuneup your car change to air and fuel filters on your car and add more air in the tires.. learn to let off the gas sooner and take off slower.. would be better than using e 85.....
