Now That A Child Rapist Was Set Free In Vermont & Probably Killed a 12 Yr Old Will They Add Jessica's Law?

Vermont has some really dumb law to protect Child Rapists say they can help these LOONS with taking some class! The guy that most probably murdered and burried his niece was in prison for 4 years passed their SO CALLED Help The Child Rapist class, was set free and not watched like he was suppose to be and NOW THIS! It would be interesting to know who is in control in Vermont is it Democrats or Republicans? Anyone know?

Sorry Im so angry about this, this was preventable and the mother of this child should SUE those who made this law and passed it! to protecting these NUTS!

Maybe we should elect McCain so he can put some new Supreme Court Justices in there (like he wants to) who won't let sh*t like this happen...

Vermont is just like Massachusetts and other liberal states. They care much more about criminals than they do victims. If you look at Obama's atrocious record on cime legislation, you will see that Vermont and Massachussets are his vision for ALL of America!

the law will not be added until there is an outcry by the people. as for who makes the laws it is the state government that is elected by the people. as to who is to blame it will rest on the people for letting their lawmakers pass laws that protect the criminals. when this case you are referring to gets to court there will be no one there to stand up for the little girl that so tragically lost her life. the courts will argue as to whether the guilty party should be put to death. all the parents will be able to do is get up at the end of the trial and condemn the guilty party or parties which does spit for the legal system. the people need to get a handle on their governments and quit handling convicts with kid gloves. it has become a tragidy when the criminals have more rights than the victims. mr doodles

Legislators in Mass and Vermont seem to have the same mind-set as Jim Fagan who said the following in regards to Jessica's law:

"It’s so wrong because in these situations . . . that 6-year-old is going to sit in front of me, or somebody far worse than me and I’m going to rip them apart. I’m going to make sure that the rest of their life is ruined. That when they’re 8 years old they throw up; when they’re 12 years old, they won’t sleep. You and I don't agree on politics, but, in this case, I am disgusted that it was the liberal justices that voted for this. I say kill em all. No second chances.

I find it really hard to feel badly for her Mother. She knew her sisters husband was a child molester, and now they've arrested her ex husband as well for his involvement in all of this. Unless you are pretty screwed up, these two sisters wouldn't have both married men like these. I'm sure this is going to get a lot uglier. Unfortunately, children are considered property, both girls and boys are victimized and have been forever. The Internet has only made things worse. The statistics are horrifying.
