What does the song "Moving Mountains by Usher" mean?

I need to know cause my ex boyfriend sent me it on myspace and said it was for me. && he said it meant that hes trynna get back with his girl. But I need a second opinion.

its like Usher is talking about how he's in a relationship with this girl, but he did something to cause her to not trust him or he did something bad that brought the relationship down, and she said that no matter what happened she wouldnt leave him, but something different with their relationship after whats happened.

He's doing the best he can to make it up to her and he knows sorry wont cut it, but trying to get through to her that he truly is sorry is really hard, like trying to move a mountain.
