What are the withdrawal symptoms for Ritalin?
I have been diagnosed with bi-polar under a year ago and my mood has mostly been stabilized. But i recently brought up to my therapist that it is hard for me to focus. So he tested me for ADHD and concluded that i had it. So he prescribed me Ritalin. ( A bit of background, i am a sixteen year old junior very light alcohol and marijuana user but i quit both, i have also recreationally taken aderall before i was diagnosed twice). So as soon as i got my perscription i started abusing planning only for once in a while. Well i have done a lot (40 pills in 6 days) and i NEED to stop. Now that i've read the effects. But my question is how long will the emotional withdrawel last since i only abused for a week and not months or years (i havent had any withdrawal yet since i am on my last dose right now). I am aware of the symptoms already. So if anyone knows pleeaasssee reply i am dying for an answer. I will also never abuse again so i really don't care for any lectures on that. Thanks

There should be a number, or something to call and ask for advice. I'm glad you know this is very serious. You need to tell someone close to you.
Ritalin is very addictive, and even in the space of a week can affect you.
You may become significantly depressed, and feel you need the Ritalin to stabalise your mood. But since it was only a week, the main damage may have just been to your body in a physical way, rather than affecting you mentally.
If you do start noticing any major symptoms, or depression, I advise very strongly that you see your doctor.
This is very serious
