Where can I find good writing communities online?

I used to be a member of Concentricus.com, but it no longer exists. Concentricus was a combination writing community/ezine, and there was a thriving forum, as well as the ability to vote and review each item that was published to the site. Publishing took place on a bi-weekly basis. I've tried several writing communities, and I haven't found anything that is as supportive or which has the quality of writing that concentricus did. I just signed up for Writer's Cafe, and it's ok. We'll see how good it is after I've used it for a while. I've also used, in the past: deviantart, writing world, and the poetry board on sparknotes.com.

Does anyone have any suggestions for active, supportive writing websites with decent quality work? I write both prose and poetry and occassionally some review or opinions, but I'm mostly looking for help with poetry.

Thanks!

Try one of my writing groups -- wordwizards@yahoogroups.com -- it may give you some of what you want.

It's been going for a long time, and the people have changed so much that it is most English poets now.

But, go through the yahoo groups for writers / poetry and I'm sure you can find active groups. These groups are very good because you give and receive constructive criticism.
