There are many ways to saying it, the ones people are listing for you now are very Classical Arabic. Some people say it, but often there are shorter, easier, and more common ways of using it.

The Classical Arabic way of saying "how are you?" is:

كيف حالك - Kayfa Haluk (singular, male)
كيف حالك - Kayfa Haluki (singular, female)

The colloquial (commonly used everyday language) are:

Morocco:
لا بأس؟ - Labas? (singular, male & female)

Egypt:
إزيك - Ezzayyak? (singular, male)
إزيك - Ezzayyek? (singular, female)

Kuwait:
شلونك - Shlounak? (singular, male)
شلونش - Shlounich? (singular, female)

Gulf Arabic:
شخبارك - Shukhbarak? (singular, male)
شخبارش - Shukhbarich? (singular, female)

I know, a lot to remember, and it varies across all the Arab countries. But, I'll just save you the headache and give you the simplest, understood by all Arab countries, shortest way of saying "how are you?":

كيفك - Kefak? (singular, male)
كيفك - Kefek? (Singular, female)

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, let me know =]
