Movie help.. actually 2? movies..?

okay..

first Movie:

there was like a school.. and there, they can't have fun if the principal is around.. though they do have fun, they color.. but when the principal is close, they hide it.. like you turn the wall around.. and there was like a girl who tried to help their teacher.. and there was like a flash back when the girl was riding the swing and a man died..( i think)

Second Movie:

It was about the Olsen twins.. it was just like parent trap except that the mom die.. amanda was an orphan and the other was the rich callaway.. which her mother owned camp callaway.. the orphans said the callaway mansion was haunted and a little bit later, they bump into each other and they talked.. and talked.. and they agreed to exchange lives and meet at noon in the stable.. and they tried to do something like a blind date.. on the camp teacher and roger.. (Mr. Callaway) but he has a fiance but during the wedding, they don't get married and the father was surprised to see the twins.
