well for one his name is Heath Ledger and he was awesome actor. and i feel so sorry that he will be known as the gay guy in brokeback mountain. he played some really good roles and people should leave the poor bloke alone.

Nobody killed him and I never heard that anybody got accused. He died because he was stupid and OD'd on otc drugs.

Mary Kate. She didn't kill him. He was leasing her apartment from her. He accidentally overdosed, no foul play there.

Mary Kate was the one who was supposed to have partied with him. She never went to jail or was proven to have done anything wrong. One can only speculate whether she contributed to Heath Ledger's death.
