Who's the worst MLB umpire?

Angel Hernandez, CB Bucknor, and Joe West are a few horrible ones I can think of, what do you guys think?

Additional Details

Interesting how people said they think McClelland is one of the worst. I think he's far from the worst; one incident doesn't make an umpire the worst. Overall I agree with the answers so far though.

I hate Angel Hernandez with a passion.

I also cant stand Joe West either.

Angel Hernandez- he's a p**sy umpire who cant take an arguement without ejectin someone.

Tim McClellan! Anyone remember the pine tar incident with George Brett! And maybe the guy could take a little longer with his calls too.
