How did Karl Rove get the nickname, "Turdblossom"?

I've heard him called that on several occasions. Where did it come from? Who came up with that name for him?

The rumor is that TB was the nick name given to Rove by Bush for covering up his blunders; turning them around making Bush look good to the american people. What I find interesting is that Rove had writen several magazine articles giving Obama advice on his political campaign. He was also on Fox news doing the same thing, giving campaign advice to Obama. Rove is so full of his own self importance it is nausating.
