I need something that is an outline with plot points (enumerated, if possible). I don't want anything in paragraphs with 'tips' like character conflict--what I need is just an outline form that tells me what should go where and when. Does this make sense?

There's a program called NewNovelist and I think they have a trial version. You can also try source-forge.net for open source (ie free) programs as well. I've found some writing goodies in there.
