Im 14 year old and my penis normal size is 3.5 inch and erect is 5 inch. I feel like I have a very small dick and im shy to show my ukulele to a girl. Am I worriying to much??

You are worrying too much.

Average adult size is 5.1 to 6.2 inches. Flaccid size means nothing and determines nothing. Puberty ends between 16 and 21, so you still have time to develop more. Don't be in such a rush to grow up.

Average depth of a vagina is 4 to 6 (or 7) inches which is why average fits perfectly.
