How to keep the crows from my garden?

Question

I'm having problems keeping the pesky crows from garden as they are catching the smaller birds and trying to kill them, especially the baby ones. Everytime we see them we have to shoo him away, but how can we keep him away from the garden without scaring the other birds off?

make a puppet kind of thing garden, its the best thing u can do.....
