The letter 'g' at the end of a word, where it ends with 'ing', is pronounced in English, but usually with more emphasis in Northern English accents, where it might even be quite a heavy 'Guh' at the end of such a word.
Here in London, the final letter 'g' is usually clipped off so that a word ending with 'ing' is often simply pronounced as 'in' - bettin' shop, goin' out, etc.

Do you mean pronounce it so that you don't say "doin' ", "writin' ", "dealin' ", or do you mean pronounce an extra "g" at the end?
"doin' " etc. is very common in the spoken language in all social classes. But if people are speaking more formally/carefully, they usually say "doing".
"doinG" with a clearly audible "g" at the end is a feature of West Midlands speech (West Midlands = region around BirminGham).

Some don't most do, most would say those to rhyme with ping like the sound of the microwave, a kinda rougher way of speaking would be saying without the g like doing would become do-in, but it lacks sophistication.

You can't really generalise too much.
Basically, not pronouncing the end 'g' is slang and it's normally from er.. how can I put this.. more lower-class people?
