I need a good hair style. Can someone please help?

Question

I have wavy, layered hair. Here is the pic:

I have a chubby sort of face. And I'm quite fair complexioned. Could you suggest a hair style that'd look good AND quite formal? Because I need one for college (where girls with hair longer than shoulder length should tie it).
The hair style should be preferably easy to do (and would take at the most, 10 minutes). Please don't tell me to tie it in a bun or a ponytail, the front layers keep coming off and make me look like Mary Kate Olsen (who I hate).. And could you please tell me how do I do the hairstyle you recommend?

Pull the front bits back, kind of like this but possibly not plaited, and do it a bit nicer than this [http://www.seventeen.com/hair-skin-makeu… Then, since you have to have it up put the rest in a messy bun (just twist your hair into a loose bun), and then tie a ribbon around the bun. :)

Ihope whatever you do you don't cut it. I personally love long hair the length you have it. If you think you have a roundish face the long hair will make it appear thinner also.

look at the mirror ur hair thoroughly& make it semi curly from front ,left n right. cut the hair from back tail end in oval shape. hope u'll be satisfied with ur new look.
