Proxy sites: I want the BBC site to think I am in the UK.?

Question

They stream videos on soccer matches, but only to UK users. I understand that a proxy site would allow me to appear as a UK user. Have I got that right? Any specific UK proxy sites you could recommend? Thanks

I tried both duuc and the list provided, but I could not get to a proxy. All I keep getting is sponsored ads. I want a free proxy for occasional use and don't want to have to pay a monthly fee for the odd time I want to use it.

Thanks for the answers. I have finally worked out how to get to BBC site using the proxy. I have to wait till tomorrow (Sat) to test whether I can get the feed I want. Will report back and choose the most succesful as Best Answer.
