What could occur if you were to combine alcohol with valium-like drugs, narcotics or antihistamines?

Choose one of the following

Becomes similar to a hallucinogens

Increases the effect of the depressants and could lead to respiratory depression, coma or death

Nothing, the drugs will cancel each other out

A paradoxical stimulant effect which could lead to high levels of anxiety and paranoia

Increases the effect of the depressants and could lead to respiratory depression, coma or death

However, you would have to have a lot of valium and alcohol for it to kill you. I regularly take 5-10mg with alcohol and it gives you a nice mellow buzz. Too much alcohol though and you black out. It's weird, one minute you're feeling great and the next thing you know you wake up a few hours later.
I'm not reccommending it as it is considered dangerous but IMHO it's ok in moderation.
