so iv missed the last couple of episodes but just seen this episode where mikes girlfreind found pills etc. was mike an addict before and how did he get caught up in his adiction again, has he always been addicted but we have only just seen it on desperate housewives now. all this time he was taking these pills, and finally what is it hes actually taking?

After he got hit by the car Mike started taking pain killers. Once he stopped needing them, he continued taking them and became addicted.
