Mandarin the magician is from China and he is regarded as an evil genius. i think it is true that he is a racist caricature.

Well, let's see... Would a character from America named America (ahem, CAPTAIN AMERICA) be racist then too? No, I don't believe Mandarin was a racist character... I do however have a question though... If he were a good guy, would you be asking the same question?
