either using my mobile or using a free sms internet site...thx so much!

I already did...still my friend can't recieve my msgs, but I can recieve his....this is really confusing!

The international dialing code for the Netherlands is 31 if this is what you mean, so if you have a mobile number to text in the Netherlands then they start with 06 xxxxxxxx.
To dial call the international access code (e.g. in Europe this is 00) then 31 and then (minus the first zero) 6 xxxxxxxxx

- The best and easiest way is to type in: +31 and then instead of 06 you only type in 6...so if the number would be 0623456789 you would have to type in: +31623456789
