I jsut saw a trailer for this movie, can anyone tell me a little bit more about it

As far as I know here is what it is about.
Josh Peck plays a troubled teenager who deals drugs and his therapist does drugs and also buys them from josh Peck. To top it all off Josh decided to date his therapists daughter whom is played by Famke Jannsen so I'm not sure who Mary Kate is going to play. Sound like it might be semi funny though.
