What should I do with my hair?

Alright I was wondering what I should do with my hair... I have a sort of oval shaped face, a big forehead, big blue eyes, a small chin, a big "ball-like" nose, average lips and mouth. My face is also quite small, and I am a brunette. Right now my hair is short and sort of looks like Victoria Beckham's, layered and short in the back. I guess I sort of look like the Olsen Twins, or even Mila Kunis (she played Jackie on That 70's Show). So I was just wondering what your opinions were, thank you so much for your answers!!! And if you know of any secret tricks to get your hair to grow longer faster, that would be great as well.
