How can i achieve messy waves like the olsen twins?

i love their long hair with the messy loose wave look. i've heard that getting a loose body wave can help one achieve the look.

i have heard that if u spray salt in ur hair u get really nice waves try this

wash your hair
comb your hair wet
put frizz serum in your hair
pick up your hair in low wet bun
put a cute assessorie in your bun
once when bun is dry let your hair down oh WOOOWWWW!!

Two options:

1. Get a "3 Prong" - it's a hair tool that has three prongs and puts big loose crimps in your hair. Not quite as loose as theirs, but gorgeous anyway. Worth investing in!

2. Put your hair in 1 or two LOOSE french braids - not tightly. Do this when your hair is wet and then sleep on it. When you wake up take it out and spritz it with some hair-holding product and you'll have loose waves.

i think the steps r

1.wet your hair
2.blow dry it but not until its like sooo dry mak it a little damp
3.shampoo it
4.curl it a little
5.comb out most of the curl
6.hairspray it and enjoy?
