i don't understand why you would want your hair to look like that... but if that's what you really want, you can get a wavy perm done.

u cant get a perm for that
just use a diffuser or lightly scrunch with moose or scrunching gel

Yes you can. In fact, her hair is probably permed too! Just ask for a wave perm. I'm actually getting it done next week! The cost depends alot on the length and thickness of your hair. Most salons are around $70 and up : )

yes, you can get a perm that'll make your hair wavy.

Although, she has the worst looking waves ever going on, so don't go for something like that.
To me it looks like she has an old perm she doesnt take care of, and dirty hair.
So its not the look you want to go for haha.

So yes, you can get a perm to make your hair wavy. but make sure you take care of your hair, because after a while, it won't look so nice.
