I took one of the small blue ones and I need to know how long until its out of my system and they cant trace it on me? I took the pilI, ate some food, then threw up about 3 hours after I took it.URGENT. the teachers are checking me tomorow.

Benzodiazepines (e.g., Ativan, Halcion, Librium, Rohypnol, Valium; Roofies, Tranks, Xanax) all stay in your system for about 2-3 days.

i heard if you drink white or apple cider vinegar it will clear drugs out of your system (but I have no idea if it's true or not)

It could take a while; (not sure exactly how long) but I know that if you are on it for a while, you need to be weened off of it. I think it depends on the length of time (of the treatment). Good Luck!
