I really like http://www.sampleaday.com . They have a ton of samples available. I really like it because of the funny descriptions and because you don't have to fill out surveys. Its great now literally every day in the mail I get random free stuff, from trash bags to condoms.. I even got fish food for my fish! You can also sign up for the mailing list so you get the free samples mailed to you (but that is not required).
