Do you know any australian stores which would have clothes like the vintage pieces Mary-kate olsen wears?

I'm not interesting in buying clothes online as I wouldnt risk it. I absaloutly love Mary Kates vintage look and I would love to know some stores where I could get some cute winter pieces just like her. Here are a few links of the type of clothes I am looking for.

and anything too big you can cut
or theyre easily altered

I love these tops, I've got the Athletic Blue one. I am hoping to buy them in the other colours once the Sydney store opens. There is an American Apparel store in Melbourne that just opened a few months ago :).
