How do I get the AT&T Icon/shortcut back on my desk top? It was lost due to a Trojan Horse Virus..?

You should be able to click the START button
and a list of programs will come up and AT&T
should be in that list......R/CLICK the icon>hold
and drag it on to your desktop.

    IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE PURPLE"Y"ICON TO OPEN THE SIGN IN BOX,THERE ARE TWO WAYS.FIRST,GO TO YOUR ATT/YAHOO HOMEPAGE.SIGN IN THERE.GO TO"MEMBER CENTER".SELECT "GET ATT/YAHOO SOFTWARE".SELECT"ATT/YAHOO WEB BROWSER".DOWNLOAD IT.THAT WILL GET YOUR SIGN IN TRAY AND DESKTOP ICONS BACK.THE SECOND WAY IS TO INSERT YOUR ATT/YAHOO INSTALL CD AND INSTALL IT THAT WAY.BOTH WAYS ARE FINE.GOOD LUCK.
