Experian tries to hide their address frequently to make it challenging to dispute by mail, AND it varies from state to state.
I recommend calling them at the number on your credit report and ASKING for the appropriate address for your state. In the future, correspond by mail and you'll have a hard copy of your report (mailed to you) which WILL HAVE the correct current mailing address on it.
In order to get through their teleprompter, punch in the codes, designate that there's something wrong with your address, but then, as it asks item by item about your address, designate that each one is correct - eventually it will give up and put you through to a person who you can ask for the mailing address for your dispute.
In regard to "previously verified", you are correct, it was NOT checked into a second time, I recommend sending them a letter pointing out the specific items that are wrong and asking them to be corrected.
