ok, so first, use some pencil eyeliner and line the around the whole eye, but especially on the top,maybe extending past the outer corners just a bit, and having a little bit of a "flair" at the outer corner.

any black eyeliner will work, as long as it's a soft pencil.
then, line your eyes with a powder liner, to make that smudged, sexy look.

then, on the inner corner of your eyes, dot it with a bit of white or silver to highlight. also use under the brow to contour and highlight.

lastly, use a matte nude lipstick to finish off the look so it doesn't look harsh against the smoky eyes.
