Taking a quick look at a website Google brought up there is nothing to refute. It looks like it is all just spin.
They are cherry picking verses and twisting them to fit onto some scientific fact.
The Elder Edda talks about real places, does that make Odin real?
The Odyssey and the Iliad talk about real people and real places. Does that make Zeus, Aphrodite, Poseidon, et al. real?
As does the Bhagavad Gita, does that make Vishnu real?
The fact that the Quran does a better job than the bible in describing the natural world is not surprising. It was written hundreds of years after the bible, thousands of years after the Torah, where the OT gets it creation myth from. I would be amazed if it was not more accurate.
Let me know when it clearly predicts quantum theory or general relativity.
