Zune problem?

Question

I downloaded the new update so I can sync and after it goes through the installation process I get this message.
Setup must stop because the required package "Zune" failed to install.Custom action 13:24:58.343:operation 'install driver' has finished with the result 0x80070643. Custom Action 13:24:59.953 : operation 'remove driver' has finished with result 0x80004005. Rollback failed with error 0x2 Error code 0x80070643

You have to reset settings on the zune if you cant do anything now.

i dont know what to tell you...but i hate my zune too...that's why i use my ipod more...

I would uninstall the zune software and delete the device in device manager. Then reinstall the zune software and follow what it says.

Go here and read the thread. Someone on the thread had this problem and used Windows Install Cleanup. They said it worked for them.
