Neighbors that always pound on walls very very hard there is an aftershock?

I already talked to all people that could help, so do I keep talking to the manager?

The property manager has to give you the number of the district manager if requested by you as a renter, Then she in return calls your manager to find out why the problem isn't being resolved! Be polite and maybe throw in I really like it here but can my unresolved problem be a way of breaking my lease and see if it continues then.
