No, not with a debit card. But with a CHECK card, yes. The difference is that a check card has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.

You can also use Paypal which does not require a credit or debit card, just a savings or checking account.

I have been in banking 13 years and yes you can, sometimes they ask for the numbers on the back for security purposes but yes you can.
