Every home will be different and ask 10 different companies you may get 10 different answers. If it was a monolithic slab foundation without much drilling I would start around $650-$700. If there was much drilling it could be closer to $1000. If the same sized house was on a foundation with a crawl space (have to treat both sides of the foundation) the starting price would probably be closer to $900. If it was a basement type set up guessing closer to $1200
The larger companies in my area such as Terminix has a starting price of $2400, so shop around..look for an established local company..ask friends or family, they have ideas of who to use.

For what it's worth termidor came on the market in 2000, I have yet to have a call back on any home treated with it and when doing termite inspections for real estate sales , I have yet to find termite activity on any home that had been treated with it by another company.
