I just purchased one about a week ago. I received it only after about 4 days (I never paid the extra amount for fast delivery). When I opened it 2 days ago, it looked impressive, although it was difficult getting the back lid off to access the water container, and even more difficult to put it back on without breaking the small clips, as well as being pretty loud. I think i have it figured out now though. As for power, it didn't seem to have alot of suction and there are no bristtles or roller on the vaccuum head, so i thought it wouldn't clean as good as my older vaccuum. But, when vaccuuming, there is no difference in appearance, but was suprised when i opened the container to see all the clumps of cat hairs as well as other dirt, only after 5 minutes of vaccuuming. Basically, I thought i was ripped off while vaccuuming, but after seeing what it sucked up, I feel content. (8 / 10 rating). The only thing i never received, was the strainer to seperate the bigger materials (cat hair) which are to be thrown in the garbage, to the flushable liquids. I hope this helps your decision.

I bought this product 2 months ago and hate it. This vacuum is very flimsy and cheap. The suction power is not strong enough. And its absolutely disgusting when cleaning the strainer. You can't dump the water into your toilet b/c some of the materials may be to big to go down. Report Abuse
