You can chose these stores.I own an internet cafe and I've already canvas all the computer store here.
1.American surplus - Corales st.beside Xavier University/across City central for their another branch.
2.Save on Surplus - across Mc.Arthur park,beside Dunkin Donut/Limketkai Mall ground floor.
3.Korean Synthesis - Velez St.,J.R Borja corner
-and along Tiano St.there's also one pawnshop there that accepts and sells laptops,you might check there as well.
Just pick the good deal because you know you can never have good quality in cheap prices.
