I think it's blond like the one in Genie in a Bottle video. She went to black in the Dirrty era and then she dyed her hair to even blonder in Back to Basics. Her current hair color is not the same as when she first started out in the biz. It's now much lighter and bolder, almost like a platinum blond.

When she was a baby, it was white blonde kind of like how she bleaches it now. Then as she got older it turned into a light dirty blonde. I would guess that her hair, naturally now, is a dark blonde/light brown.
