Just drink lots of water and avoid exercise about 2 days beforehand. Exercise will cause youto consume your fat tissue, which is where your pot is stored. You'll need to stop smoking as long as possible before the test--I'd say at least 3 days. BTW, Niacin isn't a drug, it's a B vitamin.
