I have OJD like really bad! I'm 16 and about 6 of my friends like them. My friends range from ages 14-18. The Jonas Brothers are 15, 18, and 20. At the concert I was at, tons of girls up to ages like 22 were screaming for them!

my little brother is 5 years old and is obsessed with their cd and my sister who is 20 loves them, my grandma who is 68 thinks their the best things ever, my sister who is 15 is obsessed with nick,and im 17 and like them. so it ranges from a lot of ages haha

But i would say they appeal to pre-teen/teenage hormonal little girl's who know know better cause they are brainwashed by there crap music and hype! ;)

Alot of teenagers are I know...because they appear on MTV alot, adn that's where their first video appeared...adn teh younger kids..because about a year they started appearing on disney channel

im 15, I LOVE them.
I hava 21-yr-old sis who also LOVES them and think theyre sooper hott.
i'd say anyone! but mostly teenagers, like the lyrics of the song: "a conversation on IM.. just fyi.. ooh. this is an SOS....." and stuff, i guess teenagers are the only stupid enough group to use the fyi, btw, idk, ily.. etc kind of stuff!
