Apathy, ignorance can be fixed with an education.

Apathy is worse. If you are are ignorant to something there is a chance you can learn about it and one day actually care. If you feel apathy towards something then you don't care at all about it. That just sounds worse to me!

Apathy. Like the two answers above said. Plus apathy indirectly enforces and perpetuates ignorance.

with apathy, you know, but you don't care.
