Is there any application (freeware if possible) to change the theme of the mac os x menu bar, etc?

There is not currently a program that will completely alter the look of you Mac under 10.5. For 10.0-10.4, there is Shapeshifter (http://unsanity.com/haxies/shapeshifter)… but for 10.5 - nothing yet.
