How do I join the British Royal Marines?

I already serve in the United States Marines. I am a American.

Additional Details

Moving to England for new job position. I would like to serve in the reserves.

You have to be a Brit or a person who has resided in the UK for 5 years before you can apply to join the UK Armed Forces. Once you satisfy that criteria you attend the Royal Navy/ Royal Marines Recruiting Office in any town and apply. You can attend Lympstone, Devon, for a three day tester before being accepted/ refused. You will need to be exceptionally fit and resourceful.

but why not stay with the USMC?

To join the BRM you must go to The Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM). It is situated near the village of Lympstone, between the city of Exeter, and the town of Exmouth in Devon. The centre trains recruits, NCOs, and officers of the Royal Marines as well as volunteers in the Royal Marines Reserve.

What allen555 said was probably best, but if its just reserves your after, then im sure it would probably be a bit easier for you to get in.
