Phobia of writing.?

Is it possible to have a phobia of creative writing? Its just i haven't done any creative writing for ages because i'm awful at it. I'm really good at english (i got an A at GCSE) because i can do all the analysis of text and stuff really well. Anyway, i took A Level English and i didn't realise that my coursework was going to be creative writing. I thought it would be fine but i've just started trying it (its a piece in the style of Angela Carter) and i can't write anything. Its so bad that when i put my pen to the paper i get the shakes so bad i can't even write, i start hyperventilating, crying etc. Since i was told i had to do this piece on Thursday i have had nightmares/dreams related to it every night and i keep getting so depressed about it. Am i just being silly or is this something that is really possible and does anyone have any advice. I'm going to see my teacher tomorrow.
