How can I remove latex paint from a sidewalk?

It's splashed over a pretty large area, ~ 1 x 8 feet. This makes my house look terrible - thanks for any help!

First apply a cleaning solution to loosen/ soften the paint then use a power washer to spray it off. If you don't have access to one use a stiff push broom to scrub the area.

Rent a pressure washer in the 3000 - 3500 PSI range. Use a fine tip on the pressure washer, and it will totally remove any paint or stains from a sidewalk.
